How it's earned
Three levels. Every step pass or fail.
There's no partial credit. Nobody gets points for doing it halfway.
Normal customer
"I'll think about it." A polite no on a failed item.
Tough customer
"I don't have the money today," and "my own mechanic does it."
Angry customer
Upset, loud and in front of the waiting room.
